Coder Open Position

As a Health Information Management Services coder, you'll use your inpatient coding experience to review a variety of reports for clinical and demographic information, assigns appropriate ICD-9-CM and/or ICD-10-CM/PCS/CPT diagnosis codes and procedure codes and enter this information into the electronic system for the purpose of maintaining a complete and accurate clinical database. Additionally, you'll query providers for clarifying documentation, as well as keep them abreast of documentation improvement opportunities.
